有鑑於氣候變化和當前疫情帶來的挑戰，融聲創意工作室與世界各地專注於藝術、科技和環境的組織合作，用創意技術應用來促進群眾與氣候的對話。
「天氣」是維持生活的自然現象一環，為人類生存提供必要環境。「氣候變遷」的規模是如此巨大，以至於人們只能在焦慮與無助中搖擺不定—一種唐納·哈洛維稱作「優柔寡斷的躁動」。因此，我們希望將氣象學作為參與式藝術的工具來研究，在氣候變遷這一頑固的事實面前，通過物質性人造物和抽象概念來產生對話。
我們認為氣象是一個藝術家的媒介，它通過空氣、水和相互之間的聯繫將我們與世界聯繫起來。通過空氣、水和陽光將我們的感覺帶到人類和機器的感受器中，將我們與世界和彼此聯繫起來。參與的藝術家將通過跨媒體敘事翻譯氣象數據和體現的感覺，以重新定位和理解人類、非人類和我們目前所處環境之間的關係。
In light of the ongoing challenges posed by climate change and the current global pandemic, Zone Sound Creative partnered with organzations focusing on art, technology and environment around the world to raise climate dialogues and acts into nature with creative technology.
Weather is part of the atmospheric envelope in which we sustain our lives, providing the circumstances for our survival. The magnitude of "climate change" is so overwhelming that one can only waver in anxiety and helplessness, which Donna Haraway calls "indecisive agitation". Therefore, we hope to examine meteorology as an instrument for participatory art to produce dialogue through material artifacts and concepts in light of the obstinate fact of climate change.
We consider weather as an artist‘s medium that connects us to the world and each other through the air, water, and sunlight that carry sensations to our human and machinic receptors. Participating artists will translate meteorological data and embodied sensory through transmedia narratives to reposition and understand the relationship between humans, nonhumans, and the environment we currently find ourselves living in.
